CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Vernacular Medium Educational Services Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!

Thank you for enrolling our Courses at https://vernacularmedium.com.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any Online Courses/Services that you purchased with us.

1. Interpretation And Definitions:

a. Interpretation:

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

b. Definitions:

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Vernacular Medium Educational Services Private Limited Located at Plot No. – 316, At – Barabari (Near Khumeishuni Temple), Area – Jagamara, P.O. – Khandagiri, City – Bhubaneswar, District – Khordha, State – Odisha, Country – India, Pincode – 751030.

  • ‘Products’ refer to the Courses offered for sale on the Service.
  • ‘Orders’ mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
  • ‘Service’ refers to the Website.
  • ‘Website’ refers to My Site, accessible from https://vernacularmedium.com.
  • ‘You’ means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is for You to be satisfied with their purchasing experience. At present, Vernacular Medium® provides our customers with Online Educational Courses and Services. We do not start any physical return process for the Services we offer. If our customers are unhappy with our Courses/Services, they can file a complaint within 7 working days from the course start date. In this scenario, the accurate observation of the Client will be documented for official training and to enhance quality. A Customer Support team could be deployed to address the issue within 24 hours. They may reach out to us in the below-mentioned details (point 5). If the disagreement continues, the cancellation procedure is started.

3. Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, our clients must meet the two conditions stated below:

i. Once the cancellation process is initiated, the company will process the refund online using the same Original Payment Methods used for the transaction. In case of payment done through Net Banking, the client needs to furnish their Full Name, Account Number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code for payment processing. The company retains the right to subtract 20% charges (GST + Payment Gateway Charges) from the initial fee paid when processing returns. No refunds will be given if a complaint is made more than 7 working days after the Course starts.

ii. In case of a failed transaction with deduction from the Customer’s Bank Account but incomplete purchase, clients must provide the correct Transaction details to the specified address mentioned below (point 5) within 24 hours. Our resolution team will check the information and adhere to all banking regulations to confirm the validity of the transaction. A full refund will be initiated in this situation.

4. Exchange Policy:

Vernacular Medium® allows Course exchange within 7 working days after the Course starts. The Client must cover the shortfall of the additional sum for the new Course. Nevertheless, the Client will not receive a refund for any remaining excess funds. In this situation, the customer can choose to receive a different service from us to use up the remaining balance.
