One of my favorite parts of my internship was the hands-on learning. At Vernacular Medium®, we worked on a variety of HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and hiring. The hands-on learning allowed me to apply what I had learned in class to the real world. I wholeheartedly thank my guide and mentor for such valuable support during this time period.
