One of the most noteworthy aspects of my internship at Vernacular Medium® was the emphasis on experiential learning. I was given the opportunity to participate in a range of HR processes, such as hiring, performance management, employee relations, and onboarding. I was able to apply what I had learned in the classroom to real-world situations, which enhanced my skill set.
