Experiential learning was one of the most important aspects of my internship. During my time at Vernacular Medium®, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of HR processes, from onboarding and performance management to employee relations and hiring. My skillset was enhanced by being able to apply what I learned in class to real-world situations.
