The importance placed on experiential learning during my internship at Vernacular Medium® was among its most notable features. I had the chance to take part in a variety of HR procedures, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and hiring. My skill set was improved since I could apply what I had learnt in the classroom to actual scenarios.
